Kathy fell in love with Real Estate over 30+ years ago while assisting her husband design & build homes for clients, family and friends. Kathy has established a trusting reputation & nurtured many clients through the Sale, Purchase or Build of their homes!
Kathy dedicates herself to her clients best interests and needs. She is passionate to share her knowledge, and provide quality service to her clients. From one end of the real estate spectrum to the other; Kathy knows the ins and outs of the residential real estate marketplace.

Ashley was born and raised into the Real Estate Industry, Daughter of long time Realtor Kathy Wambolt & Builder Douglas Wambolt, home construction is in her blood! She goes above and beyond for her clients, her energy, easy going demeanor, knowledge of the area and the business make her an ideal choice for helping with all of your real estate needs.
Ashley grew up in Middle Sackville and has strong ties to her community, always bumping into someone she knows at the store, on the ball-field, golf course or at an open house! Graduating from Millwood High School, winning the prestigious "funniest girl in school award" Ashley is very social and continues to make Middle Sackville her hometown.
Technically trained in Radio / Television Broadcasting, Journalism & Photography, Ashley relies on traditional methods as well as new forms of marketing such social media as a fantastic way to market herself and her clients properties!
